Meet our PA & Business Support: Pauline McNab
Pauline joined Salus at the start of January to keep us all in check with her incredible skills in administration and accounts. She has a keen eye for detail and has quickly become an essential part of our growing team.
QUESTIONS
What is your job title and responsibilities?
My role includes both general administration duties and managing the company’s accounts and finances.
What am I responsible for day to day?
Ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently as possible, assisting the team with all administrative tasks and the daily finance tasks for example accounts receivable, payable and Bank reconciliations.
What does a normal workday look like for you?
The thing I love about my role is although I do have regular tasks that must be completed no day is the same in Salus every day is a new challenge and also fun.
What do you like most about your job?
I love my role, and I am really enjoying doing accounts and finance again as it has been a few years. I also love working with such a great supportive team.
What talents or skills does someone in this job need to have?
You must be organised, be able to multitask and have good communication skills and attention to details is a must.
What would you like to achieve by 2029?
I like to manifest things so I am going to say I WILL be very happy and fulfilled in my role at Salus and I WILL have bought a house with a Garden.
What do you like to do outside work, have you any hobbies/activities?
I like to spend time with my family I have an 8 year old stepson and then with any energy I have left I love walking, Dancing to the best decade of music ever… The 90’s!!! I am also a Broadway baby and love musical theatre.
If you had an unnecessary superpower, what would it be?
I would like to be able to teleport anywhere and not have to go on planes as I am a bit of a nervous flyer.
