In the last year, our workforce has more than doubled in size, but we’re not stopping there. Dave’s diverse background in engineering paved the way for his creation of Salus in 2015. Dave is passionate about all things safety. He leads by example, and trusts his team to get the job done.

Craig’s passion for continuous learning and knack for problem-solving is why he’s played a key role in the development of our product, HAZOP.AI. He never shies away from a challenge.

Vidya combines her relationship building and technical skills to embed herself into any team she works with. She’s currently applying these skills to the development of a Safety Case.

John loves speaking to prospective customers and understanding how we can meet their needs. He uses his connection-building skills and creativity to deliver a unique experience to each customer.

Sam manages all things software. And with four products, his days are pretty busy. He’s always looking for new ways to improve our software, and keeps the ideas flowing along with the coffee.

Karen identifies opportunities for Salus and seizes them. She’s responsible for steering the business in the right direction, and gives 100% to every project she’s involved in.

Charlotte Hume

Customer Success Specialist

Charlotte collaborates closely with our customers to help them maximize the value of our safety management software. She plays a key role working with our development team, testing new features, and providing insight to the customer experience to improve our software.

Jack Griffiths

Senior Software Developer

Jack is responsible for developing and enhancing our software products. He also plays a critical role in reviewing and refining changes made by other developers to maintain quality and consistency across our platforms.

JiaJun Xie

Process Safety Engineer

JiaJun handles a variety of consultancy tasks, from conducting research and writing reports to facilitating workshops and delivering technical support to our diverse client base.

Pauline McNab

PA & Business Support

Pauline keeps our office running smoothly, looking after the company finances, managing daily operations, and making sure the team stays organised. She enjoys being the go-to person who helps everything come together, so the team can focus on doing their best work.

Saul Rennie

Junior Software Developer

Saul is an RGU student on his placement year with us here at Salus. He enjoys working on both fixes and new features to help improve our growing range of software products. Saul’s focus at Salus is to ensure our customers receive user-focused, effective solutions. To do this, he works closely with the Salus Suite team.
